… is positioned to appeal to Millennials, so I had free-reign to design a CX that isn’t the ‘traditional’ brand with a three-column website with a gallery, but a fresh take that echoes the architectural layers of Modul homes. The main objectives were to ‘make it cool, memorable, and send prospective customers to our agents’. I insisted on following a ‘mobile-first’ process, supported by a ‘soft-touch’ social media content strategy.
