Kāinga Ora

With the increasing pressure on the government to increase supply of affordable state and market housing, Kaainga Ora Urban Development launched the sales phases of Northcote, Roskill and Mangere Developments. 

I was tasked with creating brand identities for these areas that would educate the existing communities and prospective buyers about the developments. These brands were rolled out using an omni-channel media strategy to ensure we reached as many stakeholders as possible. Brand touch points range from community representatives handing out flyers at market days, to magazines, signage and billboards, retail ads, and social media content.

Roles

Art directing typography, colour palettes, photography, illustration on multiple line brands and campaigns/ website planning, wireframing, art direction/ EDM wireframing, art direction/ outdoor branding art direction for signs and billboards/ cartography.
